France stamp No. 4797 mint never hinged

Stamp France Yvert et Tellier No. 4797 mint never hinged. Tribute to Théodore Deck, a French ceramist, who settled with his brother at 46 Boulevard Saint-Jacques in Paris, he took over the direction of the Sèvres Manufacture in 1887. Some of his works can be admired at the Théodore Deck Museum in Guebwiller.
