If you are looking for stamps with the theme of famous men, the Collector's House offers you this lot entirely dedicated to Albert Schweitzer, born in Alsace in 1875. Initially a theologian, philosopher, and musician, this man also pursued brilliant medical studies. Having qualified as a doctor in 1913, he decided to leave for the city of Lambaréné, in French Equatorial Africa (now Gabon) to establish a hospital and carry out his humanitarian mission until his death in 1965.
These collectible stamps come from all over the world (Togo, Mali, Haiti...) and depict Albert Schweitzer in his numerous activities. You can learn more about Albert Schweitzer on this page.
Our stamps are all sold canceled (unless otherwise indicated). However, it is possible that some new stamps may be mistakenly included in the lot. In that case, please do not hesitate to inform us.
The Collector's House sells a lot of 25 canceled and all different stamps at the price of 4 euros.
If you wish to organize and preserve your collections, we recommend this product.
