These Terms and Conditions define the conditions applicable to sales made between on the one hand people making a purchase via the website www.lamaisonducollectionneur.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the customer" and secondly society La Maison du Collectionneur Sarl, hereinafter referred to as "La Maison du Collectionneur". These conditions relate exclusively non-commercial individuals.

Price of items

All prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Prices are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks and subject to change without notice

Items will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry. They remain the property of La Maison du Collectionneur until full payment is received by La Maison du Collectionneur. This price is payable in full.

La Maison du Collectionneur reserves ownership of the articles until full payment of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by La Maison du Collectionneur.

Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale.

La Maison du Collectionneur is committed to fulfill orders received on the website only in the limit of available stocks. A lack of availability of one or more item (s) command (s), La Maison du Collectionneur undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and if necessary to repay at the latest within 14 days following the payment of the sums paid. The customer's order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

La Maison du Collectionneur is committed to deliver the items ordered and paid by the customer.

Packages are generally shipped between 48 hours and one week after receipt of payment and off replenishment. La Maison du Collectionneur will not be held liable for any event beyond its control delaying the delivery of parcels (postal strike, natural disasters, etc ...).

We advise you to group your items in one order: separate orders can be grouped and you will have to pay for each order postage.

Particular attention is given to parcels. They are adequately protected. Your package is shipped at your own risk.

The customer has to check the condition of the items delivered.

Any anomaly concerning items (damage, missing product compared to the purchase order, damaged package or open, broken item, faulty ...) must be indicated within 14 days after delivery.

All items offered by La Maison du Collectionneur are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code.

La Maison du Collectionneur to freely proceed with the direct cancellation of an order that would present one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of credit card.

Exchange, return and refund

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to give reasons or pay penalties. This procedure is done by mail or through the available online withdrawal form in the 'My Account' tab.

State articles

All returned items must be returned undamaged. All returned items in capsule or pouch open only be returned or exchanged, as well as medals or coins with traces of handling.

Upon receipt of the parcel, La Maison du Collectionneur deems the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. After this time and failing to comply with this formality, the items will be deemed compliant and free from defect and no claim can be validly accepted by La Maison du Collectionneur.

If the defect or the article-conformity turned out, La Maison du Collectionneur agrees to proceed with the replacement of the item or refund the customer in the shortest possible time.

The refund will be within a maximum of 14 days.

As such and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, the only authorized use for private use subject to different rules, even more restrictive code of intellectual property.
